Troubleshooting

IF Evidence is removing highlighting or completely highlighted-- This means your evidence text was not clean when the evidence was first constructed!! To permanently fix evidence problems, you want to open the original document and select the culprit text. Then 'cut' the text. This is done with a hotkey of "Ctrl+X". Then repaste the text using "paste without formatting" (Ctrl+Shift+V). This will make the text have no formatting (underlining, bold, highlighting etc).  You will then re-underline, re-highlight, re-bold the card. This will then allow the evidence to be ready to be imported into the system correctly.  

To prevent the issue in the future, THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT -- When you are cutting cards, you need to make sure the text of your card is CLEAN. This means when you copy text from a website, you need to use "paste without formatting". The hotkey for that in most word processors is "Ctrl+Shift+V".  

Unfortunately, this isn't something I am able to fix. You should contact your tech department to see if its possible to make available.
