I can identify a card by the format and presentation of the three key components
I can identify what part of a card is a "tag"
I can identify what part of a card is a "Citation"
I can identify what part of a card is the "text"
I can examine the text of a card to determine which parts would have to presented in a debate if no further alterations were conducted (IE underlining, highlighting, or re underlining or re highlighting)
I can examine the citation to know whether it falls within KSHAA rules.
